-----New Track Policies for 2020 -----

Transponders for ALL classes will need to be located either "ON" or "ADJACENT TO" the rear axel.
Hard wired units will need to be relocated to a mounting area adjacent to the rear axel. In these cases, there must be NO metal which would interfere with a direct view of the pavement.

Transponders must be located no more than 16" above the pavement.

■

Transponders rented from the track must be inserted into an "Ona Speedway" approved pouch. These will be available for purchase from the Speedway if needed at a price of $17 each.

■

Location and mounting of transponders will be checked before the car enters the track.

■

If a second transponder is located on the car, it must be disabled before racing.

■

ALL cars will be required to have the ability to receive instructions and information from the track on 456 Mhz.

■

The press box and officials will communicate essential information such as line-ups, cautions and the like.

■

Most radios have the capability to monitor 2 or more frequencies and must be configured to scan and include 456 Mhz.

■

Raceceivers are also a suggested alternative and can be purchased online or at the Ona Speedway Office

■

A limited number a Raceceivers will be available for rental from the track for $10.
