BODY:
1. Template car or truck body. No long bodies. Bodies must fit 5-Star Templates. Exceptions for car count growth.
2. Roof height rule 47" minimum.
3. Width of body at front and rear tires 82". Tire track width 80".
4. Ground to top of spoiler 43".
5. Center of front hub to farthest point on front nose piece 46".
6. Spoiler - no side wings. Must form to body. 8" tall.
7. Windshield - Lexan. Must have clear rear window. Front quarter window maximum 12" back from front "A" post. Must have 90 degree cut.
8. Interior must have complete firewall front and rear.
9. All cars will remain neatly lettered and painted. Must have car number and the letters "LM" on the upper passenger corner of windshield in white lettering. The top 8" of the windshield shall be reserved for Division Sponsors. The car number must be displayed on both right and left doors, a minimum of 21" tall with a 3" wide stroke. The number must also be displayed on the roof of the car. The roof number must be a minimum of 35" high with a 4" wide stroke. In order to earn
points, all decals must be displayed. Body infractions subject to additional weight with one week to correct.

CHASSIS:
1. Frame & body 3.5" minimum height before and after race, with driver. No tolerance. Minimum wheelbase 102". No tolerance. Weight checked after feature with driver in seat.
2. Stock front clip cars must have at least 18" of stock frame from the center of the spring pocket back. then 2 x 3 tubing from there back.
3. Must have tow hooks front and rear.
4. Fuel cell must have 4 straps and fuel guard at back of frame. No nitrous or alcohol. Must have ¼" aluminum or steel plate between rear end and fuel cell. 34"L x 11"W.
5. No adjustments from inside of car or cockpit, only brake bias.
6. MSD boxes must be mounted in clear view and out of driver reach. MSD boxes may be exchanged by track officials at any time.
7. Fuel cell can be no lower than the lowest part of the rear end housing.

REAR SUSPENSION:
1. Quick change or floater rear end mandatory.
2. Must have drive shaft hoops, front and rear.
3. No electronic traction devices, or traction control of any type.
4. No independent suspension.

FRONT SUSPENSION:
1. Upper A-frame may be tubular. Upper A-frame mounting optional.
2. Coil over coil eliminators are permitted.
3. Rack and pinions are permitted
4. Racing shocks are permitted, one per wheel.
5. Hubs and spindles may be aftermarket. Aftermarket sway bars are permitted.
6. Coil-over shocks are permitted.

ENGINE:
1. Small block only. GM/Ford 360ci max. Mopar 365ci max. Maximum 2900 pounds.
2. Crank bolt height 10" ground to center of bolt.
3. No aluminum blocks. No electric fuel pumps.
4. Stock Holley 4412 carburetor with a $250.00 claim rule applies you must also swap carburetors
5. Any type of headers is permitted.
6. NO COOLANT OR ADDITIVES OF ANY TYPE OR YOU WILL BE FINED. WATER ONLY (must be clear). $50 fine for non-compliance.
7. NO SB2 MOTORS!
8. Engine location - a) Chevy: max set back is 4", measuring from #1 spark plug to ball joint. b) Mopar and Ford: max set back is 5", measuring from #1 spark plug to ball joint.

WEIGHT:
1. All cars with less than 23 degree angle cylinder heads to weigh 2900 lbs.
2. 23 degree aluminum head motors = 2850 lbs. w/stock frame=2800 lbs.
3. 23 degree steel heads = 2800 lbs. w/stock clip frame=2750 lbs.
4. Stock front clip cars see chassis rule # 2
5. All cars will be maximum 58% left side weight
6. All Stock clip cars 60% left side – to be checked after feature with driver in seat. NO TOLERANCE !

TRANSMISSION:
1. Standard or automatic type must have at least two forward and one reverse gear working
2. 360-degree blow proof must be used if using a stock type clutch.
3. Any type clutch. Triple disc clutch permitted with aluminum bell housing.
4. No in and out boxes.

TIRES AND WHEELS:

1. Goodyear D-2678-27" D-2477-26.5" . Steel wheels only. 10" maximum wheel width.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO TIRE SOAKING. Minimum durometer reading of 55, or tires will be confiscated.
3. Tires will be checked to factory specs. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

SAFETY:
1. Full cage, three door bars on each side with two kick up bars to the rear. Front and rear hoop is okay. No bars outside body.
2. Must have all standard safety equipment; operable window net, 5 point racing harness, shoulder harness – no older than 5 years, fire suits, gloves, and a fire extinguisher fully charged and mounted securely within arms reach.
3. A SNELL approved helmet, rated 95 or newer is REQUIRED. Sticker must be visible and verifiable.
4. 2-way communications with race spotter is encouraged, but not mandatory.
5. One mirror, only, of any type.
6. All drivers are required to have an operable one-way receiving scanner with communication to tower only. Inoperable radios may result in immediate disqualification.
7. Any car responsible for 3 cautions in one race will be black flagged.

INSPECTION:
1. All cars must meet minimum technical and safety inspections as required.
2. The top 3 cars, or as deemed by tech officials, MUST stop at the designated tech area for minimum inspection. Any driver not presenting their car for inspection will be immediately disqualified.
3. Driver with car will be the only person allowed in the tech area.
4. Tech Officials may request additional cars for inspection as requested and deemed necessary.
5. Any driver refusing, or not complying with inspection requests will be immediately disqualified.
6. Any car found not in compliance will be immediately disqualified. Disqualification will result in loss of points, awards and money.

POINTS:
1. Points will be awarded to driver. No points will be awarded to car owner.
2. Drivers must have their registered number on car raced, in order to receive points. Cars not displaying their registered number will not be awarded points.

The above rules are set to provide for the orderly conduct of all racing programs at Ona Speedway. They are intended as a guideline and are in NO way a guarantee against injury or death of its participants. Anything not covered should be checked with officials before proceeding.

Rules may be changed at any time for the good sport of racing. Any interpretation or deviation of the rules will be left to the decision of the race director.
