Both .zip files contain a file called 'readme.txt.'  This is pretty self explanatory.  However, I had to work a little bit to actually get the track to work once installed.  Here's the trick.

1.	Don't add any names or directories to the ../tracks directory within the Papyrus folder just yet.
2.	Double-click the .zip file you want to open.
3.	Look for the option to "Use folder names."  Make sure this is checked.
4.	Extract to your C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\tracks folder.
5.	The program will automatically create a folder named International_1970 or International_1970_Night.
6.	That should be it!  Start up the game and look for International 1970 on the track list - it's pretty impressive!!!
